Hey Everyone!
A few quick updates and an announcement.
FIRST: We wanted to give a big thanks to everyone who has provided input and feedback on the Gamefolio System 2.0 products. We are continuing to test and implement that feedback where possible into each new round of prototypes. Based on your feedback we have another round or two of prototypes to go through before we are ready for production.
Each round of prototyping can take a month or more to go through the full cycle of testing, design adjustments, getting info back to the factory, going through their prototyping queue, getting the new prototypes back to us, confirming the changes, more testing, etc.
Everything is still on track with our original timeline.
SECOND: Most of you have completed your Backerkit pledge manager at this point however, we have about 80 backers who have not completed it yet. It is important to finalize your Backerkit as soon as possible so we have final order numbers for the factory so they know what to expect and can get us scheduled in their production lineup. Please confirm that you have completed your Backerkit and let us know if you need any assistance with it. (We can resend the email invite or add additional items for you if yours has already been locked, etc.) We will be closing the pledge manager in the next few weeks.

Stretch Goal Info/Clarification

Hey Everyone!
We hope that the new year is off to a great start for all of you.
We've been busy moving forward with the latest round of prototyping and helping you work through the pledge manager. Everything is progressing well and remains on track.
Several have asked how to add the stretch goal rewards on in Backerkit so we thought we'd give a clarification to everyone. There is no need to add the stretch goals into your Backerkit pledge manager...we will automatically be adding the stretch goal rewards into each pledge during the shipping phase so no need to do anything on your end.
Also, for those of you who have completed your Backerkit, we will be doing a soft lock on your pledges soon. No need to panic if you still want to make changes or additions... if you find that your pledge is locked just message us and we'll get you taken care of. For those that haven't completed the Backerkit pledge manager, no rush, you have at least until the end of February.

Backerkit Pledge Manager is Now Open!

The pledge manager is now opened up and you should be receiving an email invite soon.
It will be sent to the email you have on file with Kickstarter. Be sure to check your SPAM/Junk folders if you don't see it.
If you haven't received it within the next 24 hours then please let us know. It will be open through at least February 2018. This will let those of you who want to take care of it now to do so or allow others who want to wait to do so later.
A few reminders:
You don’t need to create a BackerKit account to fill out your survey. When you receive the email with the survey, click the survey link to respond. Answer the questions about your reward preferences, provide your shipping information, shipping payment, and purchase add-on items if you like.
After you respond to your survey, you can go back later and change your responses at any time before we close the surveys and get our final counts.
If you need to review your information or pledge status, you can return to your survey by clicking the link in your survey email or requesting your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit project page at https://the-gamefolio-system-20.backerkit.com/
If you used your Facebook credentials to log in to your Kickstarter account, the BackerKit survey is sent to the email address you use for your Facebook account. If you have another email address that you prefer to use, please contact support at https://the-gamefolio-system-20.backerkit.com/faq

We've decided to launch the campaigns Backerkit pledge manager sooner rather than later and leave it open through February 2018. This will let those of you who want to take care of it now to do so or allow others who want to wait to do so later.
This week, you’ll receive an email with a special link to your BackerKit survey. It’s important to respond to your survey as quickly as you can since we need this information to fulfill your rewards.

Thanks to you this campaign not only funded successfully but raised 1000% of our goal!
We are so excited to continue the evolution and expansion of the Gamefolio System with these new products and 2.0 upgrades.
We are going to start working on the next steps:
Build out the pledge manager. We are aiming to launch this in the next few weeks. We will email all backers an invite to the pledge manager when it is ready, so be sure that the email on your Kickstarter account is up to date so that you don't miss out!
Continue to refine the prototypes based on the latest testing and feedback. They are looking good and getting close but we still have a few iterations to go through before we are production ready.
